Natascha Muzira is the Capital Markets Manager for EMEA at Cascade Debt, based in London and working with the firm as an independent consultant through NPM Advisory. She is responsible for developing Cascade’s capital markets activity and relationships across the region.
Prior to Cascade, Natascha spent seven years in front-office roles at Morgan Stanley in London across institutional credit, leveraged finance and debt capital markets. In her most recent role in DCM Syndicate, she executed more than 115 public bond transactions across investment-grade and emerging-market debt, representing approximately $140 billion equivalent in aggregate issuance.
Her experience spans financing strategy, investor engagement, pricing, market positioning and transaction execution, giving her a strong understanding of how companies access and execute financing.
Natascha holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Manchester.
